Seller review policy

Who can leave a review

Only signed-in buyers with a completed purchase recorded on their account can review the seller of that vehicle. Each completed purchase can be reviewed once.

Verified purchases

The “Verified purchase” label is shown only when the review is linked to a completed purchase in our order records. We never present unverified feedback as verified.

Ratings

5 stars: excellent · 4: good · 3: average · 2: poor · 1: very poor. A seller's rating is shown to one decimal place and is maintained by our team using buyer feedback and transaction records.

Trusted Seller badge

Awarded automatically only when a seller has a verified account, the minimum number of completed sales with confirmed payment, the minimum number of reviews and average rating set by our team, and no unresolved serious concerns. It is removed automatically if the seller no longer qualifies.

Prohibited content

• Abuse, threats, hate speech or discrimination
• Personal contact details or private information
• Fake, paid or incentivised reviews, or reviews by the seller
• Spam, advertising or content unrelated to the transaction

Moderation and reporting

Signed-in users can report a review with the “Report” link. Our team may hide reviews that break this policy and always records the reason. We never edit the words or star rating of a customer's review.
